“Firstly I paid for a junior blowdry £25 I get to the salon they said I need to pay additional charge I was annoyed the stylist however was amazing very professional, she turned a sticky situation into something amazing I am also shocked that the stylist is a junior-someone who is very experienced, professional and knew exactly how to work with my hair. Unfortunately my hair just didn’t stay bouncy. Lastly as someone who works in retail I was shocked to hear another stylist swearing!”
